With Inbox, you can:
1. View all conversations in a single, unified feed
2. Instantly see which channel each message came from
3. Read and reply directly within Impulse
4. Keep full conversation history tied to your CRM records
It’s faster, cleaner, and built to help you stay on top of every interaction.
You now have full control over what data enters your CRM.
With new connection-level settings, you can:
1. Decide whether to sync your emails (sent folder) or not
2. Exclude specific email addresses or domains
3. Decide when contacts should be created
4. Select which calendars affect your availability
Each connected account can be configured independently — so your CRM stays clean, intentional, and aligned with how you actually work.
Outreach just got a major upgrade.
You can now add LinkedIn actions directly into your sequences:
1. Send connection requests
2. Like a prospect’s latest post
3. Send LinkedIn messages
These steps work alongside your existing email flows, making it easy to run true multi-channel campaigns from one place.
We’ve made it easier to understand your day at a glance:
1. Calendar now auto-focuses on your current time
2. Added a live “now” indicator so you can instantly see where you are in your schedule
3. Improved handling of recurring events and all-day events
4. Better timezone accuracy for bookings
Outreach is now more stable and predictable:

New on Impulse
This cycle brings major upgrades to how you organise & collaborate on Impulse.
- Form Theme Customisation
You can now personalise your forms to match your brand.
Adjust fonts, button styles, and backgrounds to create a look that fits your workspace/business identity.
- Entity Overview Pages
Company and People records now have a new Overview tab. You can view quick insights like company details, tech stack, latest news, funding updates, and employee trends, all without leaving the Entities module.
- Tasks, Reimagined
We’ve rebuilt the Task module for easier project management:
Tasks are now grouped into Projects, Issues, and Settings.
Add due dates at the project level.
Use navigation controls to switch between issues faster.
Assigned users now show avatars instead of plain initials.
- Notes, Refined
Tables now support cell merging, resizing, and expanding for better layouts.
Notes can be exported as .docx files, with more formats coming soon.
Published notes now include a Table of Contents for easier navigation.
You can now edit and resolve comments, plus enjoy a cleaner, more organised layout.
- Meetings Video Player
Meeting recordings now display a poster image with a play button, making them easier to spot. Player controls have also been cleaned up for a smoother experience.

Feature Updates
New Fonts in Notes
You can now choose different font families when writing or editing notes, making your content more readable and styled the way you want.
Quick Actions for Notes
Each note card now has an ellipses (⋯) menu with options to copy, delete, or duplicate notes; no need to open them first.
Keyboard Shortcuts, Simplified
Our new app-wide shortcut system is here!
Use single keys for quick creation and communication, and two-key combos for navigation and utilities. Works seamlessly on both Windows and Mac.
Meeting Chats, Saved & Searchable
Every meeting record now includes a Saved Chats tab to view all in-meeting conversations, complete with filters and search so you can find what you need instantly.
We cleaned up and polished several key areas this cycle:
- Fixed public note links that didn’t scroll properly when shared externally.
- Added a Table of Contents block to published note links for easier navigation.
- Fixed an issue where font colour settings overlapped with other icons in the notes editor.
- Resolved a permissions bug that allowed edits on read-only notes.
- Refined Task UX/UI for smoother interactions.

We’ve been busy improving both the Impulse platform and website to make onboarding smoother, navigation faster, and workspaces more reliable.
New Feature:
- Keyboard Shortcuts Are Here
You can now navigate Impulse faster with our new app-wide keyboard shortcuts.
Press the shortcut palette key to view all available commands and use quick actions to jump between tasks, outreach, or other modules.
Improvements:
- Direct Sign-Up Is Live
You can now sign up for Impulse directly from our website, no demo or setup call required.
Prefer a walkthrough first? We’ve embedded a Demo Booking Form and Booking Link right on the site so you can schedule time with our team instantly.
- Website Updates
We cleaned up navigation to make it easier for new users to get started:
“Get Started” and “Demo” buttons now route to the right pages.
Footer buttons are now fully responsive across all devices.
Fixes
We squashed several workspace bugs this cycle to keep things running smoothly:
Outreach campaigns created by teammates now appear correctly for everyone.
Task filters by assignee now work as intended.
“People” records now show up properly in Outreach enrollment modals.
Fixed an issue that duplicated entity records when moved from a stage to “No Stage.”

Microsoft Account Sync – You can now connect your Microsoft account to Impulse, just like Google.
Faster Syncs – Account sync is now 30% faster, so records and data load more quickly.
Better Meeting Notes – Meeting summaries are now clearer and more accurate.
- File uploads now attach properly to records.
- Tasks can be assigned to all workspace members.
- Search now returns all the right results (including ones that were missing before).

Custom Dashboards, Task Notifications, and Better Search
This update is all about making your workspace easier to use. You’ll notice more control over your dashboard, real-time task alerts, smoother navigation in pipelines, and smarter ways to find what you need.
Here's what's new:
Customisable Dashboards – Choose which widgets matter most to you and set up a workspace that fits your flow, whether that’s tasks, meetings, or notes.
Task Notifications – Stay in the loop with real-time alerts when tasks are assigned to you. Notifications now work across in-app and email, with more event types coming soon.
Persistent Views – Your preferred view (Table or Pipeline) is now remembered across sessions for both Entities and Lists.
Easier Pipeline Navigation – Clickable horizontal scroll buttons make wide pipelines easier to manage, especially for desktop setups.
We’ve made the Impulse smoother, more reliable, and easier to use with a mix of fixes and enhancements:
Calendar events now handle invalid email addresses gracefully, and attendee suggestions no longer show duplicates.
Notes got multiple fixes: font size formatting works, comment modals close smoothly, publish link customisation is reliable, and expiring links work as intended.
Entity Calendar now shows events in a simple list view for quicker scanning and management.
Smarter search lets you jump directly to the record you need, with results matching anywhere in the text.
Attendee recommendations are more relevant, pulling from workspace members and CRM records.
Notifications now display names and avatars for a more personal experience.
Email and calendar sync is more reliable, so new updates appear without manual refresh.
Your CRM is now more personalised, connected, and reliable than ever.

Smarter Companies, Smoother Outreach, and Sharper Workflows
We’ve been busy making Impulse faster, smarter, and easier to use. Here’s what’s new this quarter:
1. AI-Powered Company Enrichment
Connect your Google account and watch company records come alive with AI-generated insights, such as industry, estimated ARR, and Funding. No more manual guesswork.
2. Deep Relationship Filtering
You can now filter across relationship attributes up to 3 levels deep. That means if a record is linked to another record, you can expand through each layer to discover richer context.
3. Bulk Email Outreach
Launch campaigns straight from People Records or Lists. Whether it’s clients, prospects, or partners, you can now send emails in bulk right from your CRM.
We’ve fixed account syncing issues, improved team invite visibility, and addressed minor UI glitches. You’ll also notice faster entity search, calendar events showing linked records, new attribute types (Phone Number and Multi-Select), plus smoother scrolling and design updates for a more consistent experience.

Polished Prospecting & Smarter Workflows: Big Updates & Tiny Fixes in Your CRM!
Buckle up for our latest release, where we've added serious firepower to prospecting, linked up entities, and dropped a beta surprise!
Our new Entity Relationship Attributes mean saving a person in prospecting now auto-links them to their company, making your network smarter by the minute. You can also create custom relationship attributes to link any entities of your choice.
Multi-select values in prospecting is now live, so you can target a range of industries, locations, and roles simultaneously. And say hello to Ergon (beta), our new backend workhorse prepped for workflow magic.
We've also made small updates to your sidebar to make navigating between calendar, bookings and meetings much faster.
Bug Fixes Galore: From closing the loop on spacebar quirks to eliminating those sneaky duplicate modals, we’ve squashed bugs to make your experience smoother. Plus, a revamped on the colour palette for better accessibility.
